How to Order

STEP 1:

If you have not already done so, and want to purchase apparel from our Online Catalog & Shopping Cart, please do so now, then return to this form to make size and color selections for each style you are purchasing. You may close the shopping cart window after each selection, then return to the shopping cart at any time before checking out to add additional style or size selections. Please make note of style numbers and colors, you will need them for Step 3 below.

STEP 2:

Provide your name or company identification and a way for us to contact you.

STEP 3:

Make size and color selections for each style your are purchasing. Submit multiple forms if necessary.

STEP 4:

If you did not check out after your final shopping cart selection, you can do so now.

STEP 5:

Provide your company logo or other artwork to us. Please attach your artwork in one of the following: jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, and .png to us via email link. We will calculate stitch count to determine the cost of digitizing your logo and will contact you and provide a pricing quotation for your embroidery or in the case of screenprinting, pricing for those requirements.
